Dear UB Staff and UB Families,I hope you are in good spirits and welcoming the new Ethiopian year.

I am writing to you today to express my sincere gratitude for your support over the past year.

2015 was a difficult year for us in many ways. But your commitment to our company helped us get through this difficult time and achieve great things, and I am proud to be part of that team.

In 2016, we will continue to strive to strengthen our good part and improve in the areas where we were not so good. Going forward, we need to be vigilant and follow company policies and procedures to strengthen the control framework. Regarding sales, we need to focus more on customers and consumers and should work to introduce our products in new territories. We should also consolidate our presence in the markets where we are already present. We need to work to becoming more cost-efficient and brewing the best beer, using the highest-quality ingredients and the best craftsmanship, while avoiding waste and unnecessary costs. We will also focus on innovation, exploring the possibility of developing new brands and flavors that will delight our customers and consumers.

We will also live up to our social responsibility by continuing to engage in local communities to create jobs for young people and support various social initiatives that benefit the community, and we will continue to support the people we work with.

I am confident that we can achieve even more in the future.
